You see, I have worked alongside my fair share of dentists and I found way too much burnout and comparison between themselves and their colleagues. Well, that isn't a fair comparison. Yes the technical skills can be matched, but there are things we naturally do well, and things they naturally do well. It's the nature of it. I am looking to help teams be accepting and wait for it...thankful for it. When we fully engage in our strengths and put out comparisons from our mind, we can achieve whatever we want. I love working with other strong teams who are passionate about what they are doing. Throughout my in office dental career I have worked along side of 20 plus doctors. And let's face it...they are all different! We have different struggles. I am now a female lab owner and I am seeing all those struggles in a whole different light. As a lab owner myself now, it is evident to me how quickly our strengths and weaknesses can damper or elevate our success.
